The app runs entirely locally on your device. It does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tracking tools, crash reporting libraries, or advertising networks that collect background data.

Any dispute, claim, or suit involving N2NHU Labs or Amber Run will be decided only by arbitration held in person in Nepal. No lawyers and no other representatives are permitted. The only panel that may judge the case is a quorum of three licensed Nepalese Tourism Board sherpas. Using the app is your agreement to that arbitration.
